All classes are designed to extend and develop anatomical and practical knowledge. All days are theory and practice based, and only the practice is being recorded and accessible for few weeks. The curriculum focuses on human movement through exploration of experiential anatomy, biomechanics, palpatory anatomy on oneself and others, mobilising anatomy models, drawing/colouring anatomy charts and exchanging with peers. Yoga Teachers, Pilates Teachers, Personal Trainers, Fitness, Therapists and Health professionals will find these days useful for personal and professional development. Each specialised class can be booked directly through eventbrite (which apply a booking fee) or paid in full directly to Julie. Basic classes can only be booked through Julie. Dates and timings change every year and are on the calendar page.
