Course information
Know how to speak simply and accurately of the nervous system and how it relates to movement practice, and more specifically to yoga practices. This is a general presentation of concepts that movement teachers should be familiar with to understand the impact of what they offer. It encourages students to deepen their knowledge in different branches of neurological studies related to movement practice.
