TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ALL CPD'S ONLINE AND IN- PERSON

1. All CPDs must be paid in full prior to the start of the CPD. Once the CPD have started, it is non refundable. You may cancel your booking for a CPD as long as you do so at least 20 days before the start date of the CPD in which case we will refund you the £ (sterling) amount you have paid us in respect of that CPD. If you cancel within 20 days of the start date of the CPD there will be no refund unless we are able to transfer your booking to another participant in which case we will refund you the amount you have paid us in respect of that CPD or you will be able to attend a later CPD (same hours & same price) at no cost.

In case of late cancellation for in-person CPDs, less than 48 hours before the start of the class, if you don’t want to attend a later CPD, cancelation fees apply to cover the admin work: £30.

In case of late cancellation for online CPDs, as soon as you receive the handout that contains all the information given during the CPD, we consider that you cannot cancel your booking.

2. Once you have committed to attend the CPD it is your responsibility to attend all of the scheduled sessions and you must do so in order to receive certification.

3. We reserve the right to cancel a CPD for any reason, though we will endeavour only to do so in the event of exceptional circumstances that mean we are unable to offer the CPD as advertised, or if there are, in our opinion, insufficient numbers booked onto the CPD for it to be commercially viable. Should this happen, we will notify you promptly and will refund you the full £ (sterling) amount you have paid us in respect of the CPD. We will not, however, be responsible for any additional expenses which you may have incurred in respect of the CPD, for example in respect of travel, accommodation or any exchange rate losses.

4. If you make a booking for a CPD on behalf of another person, you warrant to us that you have their authority to do so.

Terms & Conditions for online Courses (both 60h and 45h)

All Courses are payable prior to the start of the course. Instalments are available prior to the start of the course. All courses are non-refundable (please see below).
You may wish to cancel your booking for the Course. It is possible as long as you do so at least 60 days before the start date of the Course. In which case we will refund you the £ (sterling) amount you have paid us in respect of that Course, minus a £100 cancellation fee.
If you cancel within 60 days of the start date of the Course, there will be no refund unless we are able to transfer your booking to another participant in which case we will refund you the amount you have paid us in respect of that course, minus a £150 cancellation fee.
